Is anyone in danger, or do you smell gas?

If you smell gas, leave right away, even if the smell is mild. Don't use a light switch, phone, or any other electrical or battery-powered device, don't start a car, and don't use any flame. Once you're outside and can no longer smell gas, call NW Natural at 800-882-3377 or 911. They answer 24 hours a day.

Fire, smoke, or anyone in danger: call 911 first.

Urgent repair, but no one is in danger?

Water leak: if you can do it safely, turn off the main water shutoff valve or the valve under the fixture.

For a water leak, no heat, or another repair that can’t wait, call us at (503) 354-4541, or send this form and choose “Yes, it’s urgent.” Calling is the fastest way to reach us.

Before anyone enters your home for this repair, we will contact you to set a time and give you at least 24 hours’ notice, unless you choose a sooner time with us. In an emergency, such as a water leak that could seriously damage the home, we may enter without notice. If we enter while you are away, we will tell you within 24 hours when we came in, why, and who entered. Anyone entering for us will show written authorization from CyMeetRealty if you ask.
