These Terms of Use apply to cymeetrealty.com and to messages you exchange with us. By using our website, you agree to these terms.

CyMeetRealty (CYMEETREALTY, LLC) is a licensed real estate business in Oregon. Principal Broker: Hyoungsuk Chang. Real estate services are provided only in states where we are licensed.
2. No agency relationship from website use
Using this website or sending us an inquiry does not create an agency relationship or a property management agreement. Those relationships begin only through a separate written agreement signed by you and CyMeetRealty. Oregon law requires us to give you an initial agency disclosure pamphlet at first contact, and we do so.
3. Information on this website
We work to keep information accurate, but it is provided "as is." Property details, rent estimates, market information, and guides are for general information. They are not a guarantee of rent, value, vacancy, or financial results. Our content is not legal, tax, or financial advice. Please consult a qualified professional for those matters.

10. Intellectual property
The website's content, design, and logos belong to CYMEETREALTY, LLC or its licensors. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial use.
11. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website is provided without warranties of any kind. CYMEETREALTY, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under a separate written agreement with us or under law that cannot be waived.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon.
